Each time a webpage or a linked page or object is accessed, the following user information is saved:
- the web address (URL) from which the file is linked
- the name of the file accessed
- the date and time of access
- the volume of data transferred
- the status of the download (file downloaded, file not found, etc.)
details of the web browser and operating system of the user
the IP address of the computer from which the data is accessed.
Data is saved solely for technical or statistical purposes; no cross-reference with other data sources is made and no information is shared with third parties.
Once the data has been evaluated, all recorded information is deleted. Data is evaluated monthly and yearly; information is deleted at the latest one year and one month after it was first recorded. Data can be deleted prior to this date at any time if required.

The use of cookies on this site is for the presentation of dynamic elements. The user preferences for the format of the page is saved. This ensures a consistent format when clicking between different web pages. The content of the web pages is not affected.
